Pricing

Simple, Transparent Pricing.

Every plan includes every feature. The free Starter plan is capped on how many students, classes and staff you add, never on what the software can do. No hidden fees, no per-feature charges.

Alif Cloud has a free Starter plan. It is free forever for schools up to 30 students — no credit card and no trial expiry. Larger schools pay $1.49 per student per month on the Standard plan, billed monthly. There is no annual billing option.

Included, not an add-on

Online registration, the parent app, Quran tracking and the learning platform are not separate products here. They are part of the same subscription, on every plan, with nothing extra to switch on.

Online parent registration

Families complete your application form themselves. Ask for a signed agreement, an application fee, or neither — the form collects whichever you turn on.

Mobile app for parents

Parents and staff sign in on iOS and Android and receive push notifications, so a notice from the office reaches a parent wherever they are instead of waiting in an inbox.

Quran and Arabic Learning Book

Every hifz portion carries a due date, a percentage score and a teacher comment; Arabic Learning Book chapters carry a page range instead.

Courses, quizzes and question bank

Course sections with files and written lessons, online submissions, and timed quizzes marked automatically from a shared question bank.

30-day money-back

Changed your mind after paying? Get a full refund within 30 days.

Every feature, every plan

No add-ons, no setup fees, no per-feature charges. Starter is capped on usage only.

No credit card to start

Starter needs no card at all. Standard adds a 14-day trial before you pay.

Pricing questions, answered

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Our Starter plan is free forever for smaller schools — no credit card, no trial clock — so you can start using Alif Cloud today at no cost. The Standard plan adds a 14-day free trial so you can explore every feature before you pay.

Is the free Starter plan limited in what it can do?

No. Every plan includes every feature. Starter is limited by usage only: up to 30 active students, 5 classes, 3 teacher accounts, 20 parents or guardians, 2 admin and 2 staff accounts, and 50 email notifications a month. Online registration, the mobile app, Quran and Arabic Learning Book tracking, courses and quizzes, invoicing and payments, two-way SMS, documents and e-signatures are all there on the free plan. Standard removes the caps. It does not unlock anything.

Can parents register themselves online?

Yes, and there is no separate admissions product to buy. Turning the public form on, choosing which fields it asks for, requiring a signed enrollment agreement, charging an application fee per family or per student, and holding new applicants on a waiting list until you activate them all sit inside the subscription you already pay for.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, and there is nothing extra to buy. Families and staff use an iOS and Android app with push notifications, covered by the same per-student rate as everything else. No app license fee, no per-device charge, no separate parent-app subscription.

Do the courses, quizzes and question bank cost extra?

No. Course sections with links, files and written lessons, online assignment submissions with discussion threads, per-student progress tracking, timed quizzes with automatic marking, and the shared question bank organized by topic and difficulty carry no charge beyond the per-student rate. There is no separate learning platform to buy.

What if my school is small or on a tight budget?

We built the free Starter plan for exactly this — up to 30 active students, 5 classes, and 3 teacher accounts at no cost, with no credit card required. If you outgrow it, the Standard plan works out to roughly 5¢ per student a day. And if budget is still tight, we also offer community pricing for smaller dugsis and madrasah programs, so reach out and we will find something that works for you.

What happens after the trial?

At the end of your trial you can pick the plan that fits your school — including the free Starter plan for smaller schools. Your data is preserved, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

What if we pay and then change our mind?

You're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Alif Cloud isn't the right fit within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no hard feelings. And because you can export your data anytime, you're never locked in.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-feature charges, and no surprise invoices. Everything listed in your plan is included.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. As your school grows, you can upgrade your plan at any time. We prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use.

Do you offer discounts for Islamic schools and madrasah programs?

We work with Islamic schools, madrasah, and dugsi programs of all sizes and budgets. Smaller schools can run on our free Starter plan, and we also offer community pricing for organizations on a tight budget. Contact our team to discuss options that work for you.

What kind of support do you provide?

Every plan is supported. The free Starter plan includes email support. Standard adds phone, online chat, and email, seven days a week. Scale customers also get dedicated onboarding, migration help, and priority support for larger rollouts.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access controls, and follow industry best practices for data protection. Your student data privacy is our top priority.

Can I import data from our existing school management system?

Yes. Our onboarding team will help you migrate data from spreadsheets, other madrasah management software, or any existing format. We handle the heavy lifting so your Islamic school can switch smoothly.

Start free, upgrade when you outgrow it.
